Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will give you complete command over your e-mail accounts and email newsletters. Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mailbox accounts against spam e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited emails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming messages according to specific criteria specified by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly create a filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and set the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Simply choose the e-mailbox account you want to redirect emails from, then select the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the email client of your liking to access your email accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will take care of the rest.
